Over the past three weeks, we’ve been busy upgrading the machinery in our production area. A brand-new CNC milling machine has now been installed.
This machine runs faster and more efficiently, and with a new extraction and filtration system, all dust is captured and filtered directly within a closed compartment. The result: a much cleaner, quieter, and more sustainable process. The new extraction system is also connected to our other machines.
We’ve also added a new vacuum lifter, which has greatly improved our workflow. It allows us to lift large sheets with ease, enabling just one team member to handle them safely. The suction system ensures that heavy sheet materials can be moved ergonomically and securely.
Finally, we’ve equipped the entire area—right next to our office—with bright LED lighting. The daylight-like illumination provides outstanding visibility for detailed work, while helping us reduce energy consumption by up to 90%.
